About the Job Assistant Administrative (Part-Time)
Type de poste: Temps partiel (4 heures par jour- du Lundi au Vendredi) Notre cabinet dexpertise comptable, basé au cœur de Miami - Brickell, est à la recherche d'un·e assistant·e administratif·ve parlant francais et un bon niveau d'anglais, dynamique et fiable pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Vos missions:
- Gestion administrative quotidienne du bureau (accueil, classement, traitement de documents, standard, etc.)
- Suivi et envoi de courriers
- Courses administratives ponctuelles (poste, banque, etc.)
- Appui à léquipe dans certaines tâches simples
Profil recherché:
- Autonome, rigoureux·se et organisé·e
- À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques de base (Word, Excel, email)
- Bon sens du relationnel et de la discrétion
