Position: Forklift Operator/Order Picker

Position Type : Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Jobsite Location: Miami Gardens, FL

Basic Qualifications

• Proficient in operating a Sit-down Forklift.
• Operate RF scanners.
• Able to learn and understand processes that require thought and detail.
• Stable job history in the last 3 jobs of at least 1-3 years at each job, all
  must be warehouse positions.
• Order Selector, Inventory, Receiving, Loading & Unloading
• Fast Learner
• Safety awareness
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Organizational skills

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Must be able to speak and comprehend English.
• Must be able to pass a general warehouse assessment.
• Must be able to drive a sit-down forklift proficiently and safely
• Must be able to lift boxes or packages of up to 70 pounds regularly and consistently in a safe manner.
• Drug-Free Workplace
• Background Check

Physical Requirements

• Heavy lifting, sustained lifting of 50-75lb boxes of tiles throughout the day.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Close vision and distance vision
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Walk, bend, squat, twist, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Multi-temperature environments.
