Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Administration in Boca Raton, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a residential community. You will manage visitor and resident access, monitor entry points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide courteous service and clear communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.76 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity. Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
