Think of the Aesthetic Coordinator as the air traffic controller of the studio. You don't run the patient experience from the front you build the runway that makes it possible. Every provider who performs flawlessly, every tray set before it's needed, every break that runs on time that's you. Invisible when it works. Irreplaceable when it doesn't.
We're looking for individuals ready to build a rewarding career in aesthetics ones who lead with integrity, serve with heart, and never lose sight of the patient's well-being. This role is entirely operational, and that's exactly what makes it foundational.
We're hiring for full-time, so whether you're all in or looking for the perfect entry point into aesthetics, we want to hear from you.
Annual base salary range: $2028/hr based on experience + bonus eligible
