Compensation

• $60,000 - $125,000+ annually

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of the automotive service drive
• Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
• Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues
• Monitor service department performance metrics
• Improve workflow efficiency and maximize productivity
• Work closely with technicians and dealership leadership
• Support warranty compliance and manufacturer standards
• Drive profitability while maintaining a superior customer experience
• Foster a positive, accountable, and professional team culture

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership service management experience preferred
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience managing automotive service operations
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and warranty administration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive service management experience strongly preferred
