Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans
- Monitor patient condition, document vitals, and report changes to the care team
- Support activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care
- Collaborate with the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and essential documentation
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols; ensure patient and resident safety
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 3x12 schedule
- Experience or comfort providing care in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible for travel assignment with reliable availability to report to the assignment
