Neurology Account Manager - Nashville, TN

Primary Responsibilities Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory. Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day‑to‑day sales and strategy for product promotion activities. Analyze the local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the defined territory. Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competition, and market reimbursement. Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within the territory. Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with target audiences. Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels. Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed. Manage travel and promotional budget. Complete monitoring and reporting requirements (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems. Maintain full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Meet and comply with reasonable industry‑standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and customer facilities. Complete additional ad‑hoc projects as needed. Education & Experience Requirements BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0. Valid driver’s license and clean driving history. Self‑starter with a proven track record of above‑average results. “Hunter” mentality; fortitude to sell and compete. Strong relationships and territory knowledge (preferred). Ability to travel (may include overnights); out‑of‑territory travel to HQs/training/sales meetings may be required. Work hours may include meetings outside normal working hours.
