This large health system operates multiple campuses with established protocols for diverse surgical specialties. The facility maintains comprehensive anesthesia services designed to support quality patient care delivery across various caseloads. The system provides modern capabilities for general surgery, orthopedic procedures, and obstetric services while operating under a supervision model.

Shreveport serves as a regional tourism destination featuring museums, art galleries, and gardens including The Gardens of the American Rose Center with over 20,000 roses. Visitors can enjoy boat cruises on the Red River, explore attractions like the Shreveport Water Works Museum and aquarium, or visit adventure parks and entertainment venues. The area offers diverse recreational activities ranging from waterfront strolls along the Red River banks to cultural experiences at various art galleries and specialty museums.

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during Monday through Friday day shifts from 7AM to 3PM with no call requirements. Responsibilities include managing general surgery, orthopedic procedures, healthy adult and pediatric cases over 2 years old, hernia repairs, and line placements under supervision. The clinician will handle OB sections when available while excluding neonatal, cardiac, and major vascular procedures. Board certification is required for this position.
