This entity offers inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, including specialized treatment for chemical dependency. Responsibilities Include:

• Directs activities necessary for efficient functioning of all systems and personnel on the unit.
• Supervises Nurses (RNs, LPNs) and provides direct care to patients.
• Manages the provision of nursing care and coordinates patient requirements with the Nurse Manager.

• DC Licensure.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience within an acute care hospital setting.

• No long term care.
• No new grads.

• 1 years of Leadership experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
• Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others' activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
