About Us:
R&T Medical is a patient focused primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Medical Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Room patients, triage and take vitals
Assist providers with exams and procedures
Preform EKGs and phlebotomy
Update and maintain electronic medical records
Triage patient calls for refills
Scheduling procedures and obtain authorization if needed
Ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care or similar setting preferred
Proficiency with EMR systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
