Marketing Coordinator

Ivy Park at Laguna Creek is a premier senior living community located on a beautifully landscaped campus. This position offers a rewarding environment that promotes independence and personalized support for residents. The Marketing Coordinator assists the Marketing Department by handling administrative tasks, organizing events, managing telephone, walk‑in, and inbound mail inquiries, touring prospective residents, and facilitating resident move‑ins as needed. Responsibilities Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s products and services to represent the community accurately to referral sources and prospects. Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure tours are ready. Provide backup community tours for the Marketing Department. Handle all inbound telephone, walk‑in, and mail inquiries, documenting them on the inquiry information card and updating the marketing database. Qualify prospects and convert qualified prospects into tours and tours into deposits using the sales process. Organize, plan, and manage all marketing events within the approved budget. Actively attend and participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source special events held both inside and outside the community. Serve as a liaison for new residents and family members, ensuring a smooth transition. Complete and follow a new move‑in checklist accurately and thoroughly. Qualifications Adaptability and decision-making in stressful situations, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong ability to process information and follow written or oral instructions. Problem‑solving skills to analyze and respond to concerns. Basic arithmetic ability. Highly motivated, independent worker. Valid First Aid certification. Pass a Criminal Background check, Health Screening tests, and TB screening. Compliance with company COVID‑19 protocols, including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE use, as required by regulatory guidelines.
