Responsibilities

• Own the Line: Setup, calibrate, and operate high-speed packaging, pouching, and web-converting machinery using digital touchscreen HMIs.

• Master the Materials: Safely feed and manage raw materials from premium foils and films to luxury fragrance formulations minimizing downtime and waste.

• Guard the Quality: Conduct real-time inspections for seal integrity, coat weight, alignment, and visual appeal. You have the ultimate eye for detail.

• Solve Problems: Clear minor jams, perform quick mechanical adjustments with hand tools, and partner with Maintenance Technicians to keep production rolling.

• Keep It Clean & Safe: Perform flawless line clearances and sanitation between runs while upholding strict cGMP standards and OSHA safety guidelines.

• Document Success: Keep clear, precise batch records and production logs so every run is traceable and accurate.
