Senior Technical Sales Specialist Cell and Gene Therapy

At Sartorius we are seeking a Senior Technical Sales this field-based role you will hunt shape and win high impact opportunities across a broad product portfolio through advanced technical selling workflow consulting and market development driving revenue adoption and strategic opportunity creation in collaboration with Central Sales.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Hunt and qualify complex new opportunities across assigned markets byidentifyingwhitespace unmet needs and highvalue prospects not covered by Central Sales
• Design and execute advancedtechnical demos trials and workflow evaluations to shape customer requirements and accelerate technical validation
• Drive technical deal shaping and competitive positioning by quantifying customer impact influencing solution configuration and resolving advanced technical objectionsto increase our win rate
• Colead commercial offer development with Central Sales by providing datadriven technical inputs that materially influence deal structure and closure
• Engage in market and portfolio development byidentifyingemerging use cases competitive shifts and workflow trends that inform product positioning and enable sales acceleration
• Ensure seamless preto postadoption transition by stabilizing early usage resolving technical blockers and enablinghandoverto Central Sales for longterm account development
• Provide technical input to Central Sales Business Unit stakeholders ( other BU Tech Sales roles) and Legal on the technical sections of contract terms and conditions to ensure technical feasibility clear scope definition reduced delivery risk and alignment with customer workflows without assuming commercial ownership

What will convince us:

• Masters degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology Engineering or related discipline
• 5 years technical sales applications consulting or presales experience in a scientific or technical environment
• Proven hunter and influencer with strong technical depth across broader product portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to shape customer workflows create valuebased narratives and win competitive deals
• Strong communication consultative selling and crossfunctional collaboration skills
• Proficiencyin CRM systems and structured sales processes with strong documentation discipline
• Willing to travel >50% as this role is heavily focused on external customers
