Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Everett, WA

Salary Range: $80-85/hr on w2
Contract: 12+ months

Introduction

The Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulic Systems (FCMH) organization is seeking an Experienced/Senior Project Manager to coordinate certification activities in support of development and sustaining airplane programs. The selected candidate will report to the FC Systems Integration Manager and will be responsible for driving projects at the organizational level, as well as working with individual teams to improve implementation workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Set up project management systems that can define and track performance to weekly commitments
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on existing certification process and best practices
• Facilitate team development of certification applicant positions to the FAA/EASA
• Maintain open lines of communication to resolve issues and course correct as necessary
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and throughput
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Requirement validation and verification
• Systems Safety Analysis (FMEA, FHA, Fault Trees)
• Experience with PMO tools (such as Gitlab, JIRA, etc.)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive project activities at the organizational level
• Collaborate with individual teams to enhance workflow implementation
• Understand necessary data sources required and utilize them appropriately in planning development
