Role: Business Analyst

Strong technically sound BA with Healthcare experience is the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document

business and customer requirements

. Translate business needs into clear, actionable

requirements and user stories

. Manage and track requirements using

Jira

. Partner closely with

developers and technical teams

throughout the development lifecycle. Serve as the liaison between

business stakeholders and technology teams

. Clarify requirements and respond to questions from development teams. Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies and workflows

. Learn existing healthcare data structures, products, and underlying business logic. Support the migration and translation of existing requirements into a

new enterprise data platform

. Help define how data should be assembled, transformed, and delivered to meet business and customer needs. Work with teams developing future-state platform functionality and capabilities. Ensure business and customer requirements are accurately represented throughout the development process. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a

Business Analyst

working with business and technical stakeholders. Strong experience with

requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation

. Demonstrated ability to create detailed, actionable

user stories

. Experience working directly with

software development or engineering teams

. Hands-on experience with

Jira

for requirements and user story management. Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies and Scrum-based development environments

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex business needs into requirements that technical teams can effectively execute. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within the

healthcare industry

, healthcare technology, or healthcare data environments. Experience working with

provider-side healthcare data or operations

. Familiarity with practitioner/provider data, healthcare identifiers, terminology, or healthcare analytics. Experience with healthcare data assembly, transformation, or standardization. Exposure to

data platforms, data migration, or data modernization initiatives

. Working knowledge of

SQL

for data investigation, validation, or analysis. Experience within patient, member, or insurance-related healthcare environments is also beneficial. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be someone who: Demonstrates strong
