You will support an identity governance modernization project at a large public university, turning identity data into clear findings and turning workshop discussions into traceable requirements. Position is contingent on contract award. Anticipated start: February 2027

Why wait?...Apply today! ​ All candidates must meet the minimum requirements and information provided is subject to verification. ​ What You Will Get to Do: Reconcile identity records between Workday and Microsoft Entra ID and categorize mismatches. Build data quality reports, dashboards, and the identity data quality score. Schedule and document stakeholder workshops; capture and rate requirements. Maintain the requirements traceability matrix and RAID log. Help draft and format deliverables to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Qualifications You Will Bring: Minimum Required: 3+ years as a business, data, or systems analyst, ideally on IAM, HR, or student systems projects. Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI or a similar tool. Clear writing and experience running requirements sessions. Preferred Experience in higher education or with Workday, PeopleSoft, or Entra ID data. Familiarity with accessible document authoring.
