Full Stack .Net Developer/ Document Capture Captiva/Banking or Capital Markets

Full Stack .Net Developer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced.NET Developer with Records and Document Management Tech Lead expertise to join our technology team. This role requires a hands-on full-stack C#.NET developer who can also provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive the design and delivery of document and records management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, a solid understanding of document capture technologies, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Integrate and optimize document capture technologies such as Captiva, Intellistore, and Documentum. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level records and document management systems. Serve as a hands-on full-stack developer using C#.NET, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development team members. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Integrate and optimize document capture technologies such as Captiva, Intellistore, and Documentum. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and records retention policies within financial services. Oversee technical architecture, data flows, and system integrations for document management solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments. Stay current with emerging trends in records management, financial services technology, and.NET development. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a hands-on C#.NET full-stack developer with leadership or management responsibilities. Background in financial services or banking technology environments. Expertise with document capture and management tools (Captiva, Intellistore, Documentum). Strong understanding of records retention, compliance, and security practices. Solid knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Core Java development experience.
