Machine Operator Compensation
- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
- 1st Shift - Regular Shift: Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm (10hr Shift)
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Perform routine set up, operation, and minor maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and remove defective products.
- Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions.
- Document all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance tasks accurately.
- Work within established standards to plan and operate a variety of production equipment.
- Demonstrate adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Machine Operator QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- 1st Shift: Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm
- Safety shoes required
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
Education/Licenses Needed
- High School Diploma with 2 years manufacturing experience
