Overview

Were seeking a passionate regional leader for the Consultant - Law Office Administration - Atlanta GA role at IST Management. The ideal candidate is a proactive and consistent problem solver and can adapt to the needs of a high-growth privately-owned company. The Regional Consultant - Law Office Administration will be a critical thinker and an intregral part of growing a new division within an existing well-established BPO and litigation support provider company. This position reports to the VP of Law Office Administration and will collaborate with leadership to lead the Atlanta GA region for the LOA division - including driving revenue delivering results leading others and consistently defining and streamlining service delivery operations.

Candidates for the Regional Consultant - Law Office Administration position have:

1) Experience as a Director of Administration or similar within a law firm

2) Ability to fulfill full time office presence at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta GA and to work hybrid or remotely pending task load (located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta area). Ability to visit client and prospect law firms around the ATL metro.

3) The desire to participate in the growth and leadership of a new division within an established organization - grow with us!

Compensation

The competitive base salary for this position is dependent upon relevant experience and performance during the interview process. This position is also commission eligible and and bonus eligible. Commissions paid on deal size ranging from 5-12% of GP. Bonus based on team performance. Must be comfortable with outside sales element of role.

Responsibilities

Expertise in Law Office Administration - Growing the Division

The Regional Consultant - Law Office Administration will work directly with the VP of LOA and IST support teams to prospect and onboard new law firm clients and to engage and hire local Legal Administrators to work as Fractional Legal Administrators inside of client firms. They will help to build lead a team of local employees. IST provides a full 360 suite of litigation support offerings to support these firms. It is essential that the Regional Consultant can effectively partner with the VP LOA to grow this division in the Atlanta market including recruiting additional headcount to the new team in both sales and operations - must have a deep understanding of the totality of services provided by Legal Administrators and what will attract and retain these hires.

Candidates for the Regional Consultant - Law Office Administration position have experience as a Director of Administration or similar within a law firm a bility to fulfill full time office presence at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta GA (located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta area) a bility to visit client and prospect law firms around the ATL metro and t he desire to grow and lead a new division within an established organization!
