The Opportunity

\n

\n
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine Physicians or Family Medicine with previous inpatient experience.
\n
• Current CA state license is a plus.
\n

\n

The Practice

\n

French Hospital Medical Center – San Luis Obispo, California

\n

\n
• STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.
\n
• 94-bed facility with a 12-bed closed ICU.
\n
• 6-9 admits per day and 5-7 admits per night.
\n
• ER team runs codes; no procedures or vent management required.
\n
• 24/7 in-house intensivists as well as on-site labs and imaging.
\n
• Small community hospital where physicians work collaboratively.
\n
• Leap Frog Grade A for 25 years.
\n

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
