About the Job Handyman

Maintains the physical facilities of the Company in good condition through the fulfillment of the following responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carries out repairs and corrective maintenance of all facilities of the different companies as required.
• Carries out a maintenance itinerary of the facilities including, but not limited to painting, changing lights, cleaning, and repairing air conditioning units, and moving items among others.
• Serves as a liaison with service providers for the maintenance of the facilities and ensures that they meet the required service.
• Responds to emergency calls made by the Facilities Manager or high-level management staff.
• Carries out routine inspections of the facilities to ensure that they are in optimal condition.
• Prepares meeting rooms and conference rooms with the necessary chairs, tables, and materials for coordinated activities.
• Complies with standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensures that processes are carried out as planned.
• Offers support in special tasks and/or projects, as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma. No experience is required for the performance of the functions exposed before.

Licenses and/or Certifications:

No licenses and/or certifications are required to perform the functions exposed before. However, for the optimal execution of its functions, additional licenses or certifications related to the position may be required.

Language:

Ability to read, write, and speak in the Spanish language.
