Heavy Equipment Operator Class A Truck Driver

Are you an experienced heavy equipment operator with a Class A CDL? Do you enjoy a dynamic, challenging work environment? Join our team as a Heavy Equipment Operator for a leading 24/7 emergency railroad service provider committed to safety and excellence.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7 am - 4 pm, with potential for overtime and emergency weekend shifts.
- Close-knit team with plenty of overtime opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Operate heavy equipment like cranes, backhoes, and excavators.
- Assist in rerailing, maintenance, and track repairs.
- Focus on safety and operational procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and site clean-up.
- Be available for on-call emergency service, working in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent training.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Willingness to pass safety and qualification tests (E-Rail Safe).
- Availability for 24/7 emergency calls.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work extended hours and in all weather conditions.
- Operate heavy equipment and cranes.
Background:
- Criminal background and MVR reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
