About Our Agency
I'm a third-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for more than 15 years. I'm married, have one child and a dog, and love taking long walks in my free time. Our agency offers flexibility, a 401k, and covers licensing costs. We're in an exciting growth phase and looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kyra Slade - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Yaphank, NY and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
