Job Description

Rivershores is a premier hardwood flooring company currently seeking a motivated individual to fill our in-house custom flooring & millwork finishing position.

Experience is a plus but not required as we are willing to train a candidate if they are willing to learn. This person must be hardworking, motivated and a team player.

A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required and this person must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Duties:

Finishing wood flooring in-house for custom orders.
Making stair parts in warehouse.
Sanding and finishing accessories for our hardwood flooring products.
Color matching new selections coming in to our product line.
Making sure all work orders are finished in the time frame allotted.
Keeping an inventory of products needed to complete finishing jobs and placing orders with the staff when items are running low.
Keep a clean work environment.
Communicate well with schedulers and staff for the jobs to be done via voice and email
Assisting the warehouse with unloading freight trucks if needed - must be able (or willing to learn) to drive a forklift.
