Pay Range: $ 22.65 - $ 33.97 per hour

What You'll Do

You'll spend your nights doing what matters most, supporting patients directly and compassionately.

• Provide hands-on patient care under the guidance of an RN.

• Help patients bathe, dress, eat, hydrate, and stay comfortable through the night.

• Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and other key observations.

• Assist patients with walking, repositioning, and safe movement in and out of bed.

• Notice changes early and communicate them clearly to the care team.

• Keep patient rooms clean, stocked, and calm.

• Document care accurately so nothing important is missed.

• Pitch in with light clerical tasks when needed to support smooth unit flow.

What We're Looking For (Experience Valued)

• Oregon-certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required upon hire).

• At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred , ideally in acute care.

• Confidence working independently while staying connected to the team.

• Clear communication and a steady, compassionate presence.

• Comfort in a fast-paced environment, without losing the human touch.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience on a medical unit or overnight shift is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to bring calm, consistency, and care when patients need it most . We're committed to schedules that support rest, recovery, and life outside of work.
