Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with students’ unique needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
• Engage with families and caregivers to support student growth and success
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Encourage and nurture self-advocacy and independence among students
