Technical Support Engineer Knowledge Base & Training

Canon Solutions America

Canon Information Technology Services (CITS) is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to manage internal knowledge, assist in troubleshooting, and support training and content creation. The role requires 2–4 years of related technical support experience and strong OS knowledge. Work is hybrid in Chesapeake, VA with on-campus days Tuesday and Thursday.
