About the Role:

Jade Stone LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our team in Strongsville, OH! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work makes a real difference for every customer who drives away.

Responsibilities:

Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models

Inspect and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and windshield washer fluid

Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect tires for wear

Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed

Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the service bay

Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer service guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
