Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, school-based contract role will focus on helping elementary students near Boiling Springs, SC, thrive academically and socially in both push-in and pull-out resource settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Active or pending South Carolina Special Education certification
• Prior experience working in resource or inclusion settings is highly regarded
• Ability to provide engaging, individualized instruction for students with diverse needs
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to partner with fellow educators
• Skilled in supporting elementary students academically and behaviorally
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and IEP compliance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction in reading, math, and core academic subjects
• Create and implement lessons tailored to each student’s IEP goals and learning style
• Support students within general education classrooms through co-teaching, consultation, and accommodations
• Track student progress, update documentation, and ensure compliance with all requirements
