To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as related warehouse and administrative logistics processes, in support of the company's operations.

Your Responsibilities

• General warehouse activities (e.g., receiving, storing, and relocating goods, goods inspection, inventory management, cleaning and maintenance of equipment)
• Handling daily incoming shipments from various suppliers
• Order picking and preparation
• Assembling, processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders
• Packaging and preparing sales kits and marketing materials
• Administrative warehouse tasks, such as booking transactions, generating reports, and warehouse organization
• Responding to inquiries from other departments (e.g., customer service, internal sales) via phone and email
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Operational communication with transport companies

Your Profile

• Good MS Office skills
• Specialized secondary education or higher education qualification
• Intermediate level of English
• Experience with inventory management systems and/or logistics processes is required
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility
• Reliable, independent, and conscientious work ethic with a high level of commitment
• Ability to perform under pressure, even with a high workload
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• SAP knowledge is desirable
• International/multinational background
• Knowledge and experience in customs clearance are a plus
