Job Description
Fraser Woods Montessori School is looking for an individual to fulfill the role of our Teacher Assistant and member of our After-School Care Program from 11:00 to 5:30.

The Teacher Assistant’s typical tasks can include, but are not limited to:
Hours -11:00-3:00
Care for and supervise three-year- old students who are not napping in the multipurpose room or outside.
Replacing a teacher who is out.
Fill in for breaks for teachers – such as lavatory, lunch, and snack breaks, etc.

During Aftercare:
Hours - 3:00-5:30
Work with the rest of the team to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for children ages 3-12.
Supervising activities for children
We have a variety of projects and activities available for all age ranges
Candidates should bring their own enthusiasm and interests to our space, too
The Aftercare program takes place both indoors and outdoors throughout the school year

Top candidates should be caring, empathetic, compassionate, perceptive, hard-working, and organized.
