Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Project Information Specialist I in Austin, TX.Under direct supervision, follows standard procedures, processes and techniques to accomplish assigned tasks.Performs data entry into an electronic document management system.Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher/more experienced levels.May prepare and maintain project filing system.Assists in the receiving, processing, monitoring, and expediting of internal and external distribution of engineering and supplier documentation.Help coordinate team eventsGather photos at client milestone events for social media prepdistribute program wide updatesinvoice entry and project floor plan uploadingQualificationsMinimum Requirements:BA/BS + none of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred Qualifications:2 years of project information compliance experience. Knowledge of project construction. Invoice experience. Additional InformationSponsorship is not available. Relocation is not available.
