About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Preconstruction to join their executive team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's continued success in the industrial and data center market, particularly in the design-build, negotiated, and GMP delivery sectors. The Vice President of Preconstruction will oversee the development of detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals for a range of projects, and will be instrumental in driving accuracy, process discipline, and strategic pricing decisions. Key responsibilities also include mentoring and developing talent, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Applicants for the Vice President of Preconstruction position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in construction preconstruction or estimating, with a proven track record in leading preconstruction efforts on large, complex projects. A strong background in various delivery methods, particularly design-build, negotiated, and GMP, is essential.
