• Busy, collegial practice of 3 physicians and 2 APRN, 1:1 provider to support staff model

• 16-20ppd with light, shared phone-call responsibilities with regional group

• Base Salary $290K+ , two-year guarantee,  generous sign-on bonus , wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses,  up to $80K in student loan reimbursement
