Medical Front Desk Specialist

Our growing Pediatric Medical Practice is hiring a Part Time Front Office Specialist who works with other skilled professionals to provide patient-focused care in a warm and caring environment. We are seeking an energetic team member to greet families warmly by phone or in person, assist with patient scheduling/check-ins/check-outs, verify insurance acceptance and perform other necessary tasks. Key responsibilities include: Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Checking in/out patients,verifying insurance information, and collecting co-pays Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries Assisting with various administrative tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in amedical office setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent attention to detail and solution driven #J-18808-Ljbffr Argus Dental & Vision, Inc
