YOUR ROLE IN ACTION

Oversight of Construction Projects: Manage multiple OSP construction projects, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to SLA deadlines, and delivery of high‑quality services. Field Leadership: Provide on‑site leadership to field supervisors, crews, and subcontractors, ensuring all teams understand project objectives, safety protocols, and timelines. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve field challenges. Project Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring resources, materials, and personnel are aligned with project milestones. Identify and implement cost‑saving measures while maintaining quality. Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making: Address operational and project‑specific challenges quickly and effectively. Provide actionable solutions and elevate significant issues to the Operations Manager as necessary. Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and contractual standards.
