This role is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client relationship management to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle of commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projectsOversee buyout, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and vendor managementDevelop and maintain project budgets and schedulesCoordinate closely with general contractors, architects, engineers, and ownersMonitor field progress and ensure safety and quality standards are metManage change orders, cost tracking, and monthly financial forecastingMentor project engineers and support project teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred10+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience5+ years in a project management leadership roleExperience managing projects $5M+Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systemsStrong financial, leadership, and communication skills
