Responsibilities:

• Support treasury initiatives by conducting financial and operational analysis tied to cash management, liquidity forecasting, and risk oversight.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using excel and power bi to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with treasury leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Interpret data, recognize trends, and proactively highlight risks or opportunities within treasury operations.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Ensure analytical deliverables meet professional standards of communication and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, ideally within a treasury or financial services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of treasury functions such as liquidity management, funding, or financial instruments.
• Advanced excel skills and working proficiency in power bi.
• Highly self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly and professionally across business units.
• Prior experience at a big four firm or in a client-facing financial consulting role is strongly preferred.
• Polished, professional presence and ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
