SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionGathers refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions Assists in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications Facilitates communication and gains commitment between business units to align solutions with business strategies Develops complex business cases Works on multiple projects as a project team member, at times as a project leader May coach and mentor less experienced staff Assists with facilitating project governance and corporate prioritiesDaily Tasks PerformedLiaison with Business stakeholders and Technical teams to drive the process of gathering and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and functional design from discovery through stakeholder approvalProduce all SDLC required scope and high-level design documentation, which includes Business Requirements documents, functional specifications, process models, use cases, wireframes and UX designParticipate in high-level solution and design development and reviewsServe as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide guidance and clarifications for architect, technical and QA resourcesSupport the design, development, and implementation of leading edge telematics systemsDefine/maintain/promote the vision and direction for Telematics projectsWants:-Experience with Waterfall and Agile deliverables5 years or more as a Business Systems AnalystExperience and knowledge with SQL, Database queries, and analysisHands-on knowledge of custom Internet application development, information architecture, user experience, mobility, and services based architectureSenior problem-solverSeasoned veteran in systems analysis methodology and deliverablesMultiple successful end-to-end deliveries from Scope through Implementation/Warranty, including maintenanceExperience working in a dynamic, highly fluid, technically challenging environmentTechnical Business Analysis and Process IntegrationQualificationsMustsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experienceBusiness Experience5 to 7 years of relevant technical or business work experienceAdditional Information** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
