PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Critically ill, premature, and medically complex newborns
• Patient Volume/Census: 1,400-1,500 NICU/SCN admissions annually
• Admissions: Included
• Case Mix: High-acuity neonatal care, newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
• Specialty Backup Available: Neonatologists, including dual-boarded specialists in genetics, and pediatric intensivists
• Support Staff Available: Newborn nursery pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and research nurses

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• GA medical license or willingness to obtain; highly preferred
• Current APRN national specialty certification
• DEA must be obtained prior to start; required with no exemptions
• Neonatology training/fellowship
• Minimum of a master's degree in Nursing (MSN or higher)
• Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)
• Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days)
• Visa support requirement (J-1/H-1B) must be specified
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
