We partner with 380+ assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities nationwide, delivering relationship-based, resident-centered care that prioritizes dignity, access, and outcomes for aging populations. Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings. Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions. Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology. Providing crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated. Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. Building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners. Maintaining consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow-through. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+, based on experience, caseload, and availability. Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently with remote support.
