Manager - RBW Planning & Governance

Develop effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit Act as a subject matter expert in the specialized Human Resources area Develop proposals and recommendations related to policies and practices Serve as a key contact Manage complex HR issues, programs, and policies Support integration and implementation of HR programs across client groups Partner with assigned HR stakeholders to meet business needs Interpret data and assess policy and program risk; elevate as required May lead a team of Human Resources professionals Provide high-quality advice and support to business partners and HR Share expert knowledge and provide advice and counsel to business management and HR teams Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of strategies, programs, and practices Ensure programs and practices meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with HR priorities Develop and manage high-quality resources through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management Provide input to the department's business plan and monitor actual results Lead and follow up on action planning to address employee survey results Analyze and interpret information, provide opinions and recommendations, and refer complex issues as appropriate Integrate other areas of expertise into program and policy development and delivery Ensure post-implementation reviews are conducted and recommend or take action as appropriate Occasional domestic travel Requirements Bachelor's Degree or progressive work experience in addition to the experience below 7+ Years of related experience In depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills Ability to deal with all levels of management Strong Customer service orientation and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external clients Risk & Control experience preferred Vendor Management experience preferred Jira experience a plus Ability to perform sedentary work continuously Ability to perform multiple tasks continuously Ability to operate standard office equipment continuously Ability to concentrate for long periods of time continuously Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions continuously Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide continuously Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and managing Human Resources policies and programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, risk assessment, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
