Area Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to oversee construction projects and lead high-performing field teams. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage resources and assign work to field teams
- Monitor project timelines and take corrective action to stay on schedule
- Mitigate risks related to safety, budgets, and operational delays
- Resolve field challenges including scope changes, disputes, and unforeseen issues
- Oversee fleet operations, claims, inventory management, and KPIs tied to project performance
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in construction project oversight and operations management
- Detail-oriented and accountable for results
This role is ideal for a proactive leader ready to take ownership of field operations and deliver measurable results.
