We're growing in the Fayetteville area and looking for a BCBA to serve families across the greater Fayetteville region — including Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Raeford, and the Fort Bragg community. Blossom ABA Therapy is a multi-state ABA provider serving families across North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and Maryland. As a BCBA on our team, you focus on what you trained for — assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and family guidance — while our operations team handles scheduling, insurance, and paperwork.

Compensation and Schedule

• $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus pay

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Full-time or part-time — you decide

• A mix of in-home, school-based, and telehealth services in the Fayetteville area — you'll know exactly what your week looks like before you accept

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs to improve client outcomes

• Deliver services across in-home, school-based, and telehealth settings

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering your treatment plans

• Provide parent and caregiver training on behavioral interventions

• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What You'll Need

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)

• North Carolina LBA licensure, or willingness to obtain it (we'll help)

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field

• Access to reliable transportation for in-home and school-based sessions in the Fayetteville area

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership working with RBTs and families
