MEAs are accountable for achieving individual sales targets and supporting overall branch success as individual contributors. They must adapt quickly, remain customer‑centered, and learn multiple product lines, services, and systems. Location: On‑site at Paradise Valley Branch (full time, including Saturdays). Responsibilities Perform fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales, applying consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities. Promote AAA products and services to strengthen individual and branch goals, reinforcing membership value across all locations. Understand and anticipate Member needs, recommend relevant solutions, and adapt solutions to each branch environment. Maintain knowledge of AAA products, services, and operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Engage in daily operational activities to achieve efficiencies on end‑to‑end flow and meet objectives. Maintain operational excellence by ensuring process implementation and compliance with standard operating procedures. Adapt to varied system configurations or processes across branches, demonstrating fiduciary accountability. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2‑4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role. Background in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers is valued. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills. Willingness to travel, flexible with shifts at multiple locations, and available to work Saturdays. Current and valid driver’s license (bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required). Preferred Qualifications Consistent success in meeting or exceeding defined sales standards and goals. Customer service experience. Outbound sales experience. Arizona Personal Lines License or P&C License. MVD (RACF) Certification. Certified Notary. Working Environment Varied branch office environments with standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods. Flexible shifts and travel between locations, including Saturdays.
