Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing real estate organization on a contract basis for 3 to 6 months, with the potential for extension. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-volume data entry and AP processing.

The primary focus of this role is supporting the Accounts Payable team by handling day-to-day AP transactions, allowing the AP Analyst to focus on a major system integration project. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:


• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently


• Perform extensive data entry and invoice coding


• Match, verify, and reconcile invoices and supporting documentation


• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies


• Assist with payment processing and AP reporting as needed


• Support the accounting team during a system integration project

Qualifications:


• Previous Accounts Payable experience required


• Real estate industry experience strongly preferred


• Experience working with multiple entities required


• RealPage experience highly preferred (training available for the right candidate)


• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy


• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:


• Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM


• Contract assignment expected to last 3-6 months, with potential for extension

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
