Accounts Payable Specialist

Plastics Family Americas

Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsible for processing all invoices received for payment through our APExpress software. Voucher these invoices in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy before processing. Work closely with managers to resolve discrepancies to ensure timely payments. High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies. Process weekly payment runs. Review monthly aging’s and statements. Excel experience. Problem solving skills.
