Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator at Elevare Branding, you will play an important role in supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating projects, organizing marketing materials, and helping ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced professional environment.

You will collaborate with internal team members to help transform marketing ideas into well-organized initiatives that support company objectives, brand consistency, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, promotional resources, and brand assets.
• Help maintain consistency across company marketing communications and branding.
• Track campaign activities, deadlines, deliverables, and project progress.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research when needed.
• Support the preparation of marketing reports and performance summaries.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and organize new marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between departments involved in marketing projects.
• Assist with event, promotional, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain organized marketing documentation, project files, and campaign resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign execution.
• Support additional marketing and branding projects as the company continues to grow.
