Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.What You Will DoProject OwnershipManage assigned marketing projects from planning through execution and wrap-upBuild timelines, track deliverables, and keep partners informed with clear status updatesAlign each project to property and portfolio goals, hitting deadlines and quality standardsPartner with leadership to define guest criteria and offer valuesFlag risks early and drive issue resolution with property and vendor partnersExecution and OperationsCollaborate with property marketing, Events, Direct Mail, Analytics, Studio, Brand, and Internal ServicesCreate event and offer details and route for approvalsOpen and manage purchase orders and contracts, and coordinate vendorsMonitor budgets, reconcile post-event expenses, and capture learnings for the next cycleLead calls with property partners and project stakeholders to review project status and upcoming campaignsCreative and CommunicationsReview creative for accuracy, regulatory, and brand complianceProof and QA direct mail and email assets before deploymentProcess and TeamworkManage workflows, timelines, and cross-functional tasksShare best practices with Regional Marketing peers and help improve team workflowsFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-22
