What You'll Do

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll support subscriber growth and brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Help implement growth marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
• Assist with budget tracking to maximize marketing ROI.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor the Las Vegas broadband market, including competitor pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Develop competitive comparison materials and sales enablement tools.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Support SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility.
• Assist with website updates, landing pages, schema markup, and AI search optimization efforts.
• Help improve website conversion paths and user experience for both residential and business customers.

Paid Advertising & Email Marketing

• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Support email marketing initiatives including welcome campaigns, customer retention, and re-engagement programs.

Content Creation & Campaign Management

• Create engaging marketing content including:
• Digital advertisements
• Email campaigns
• Landing pages
• Social media content
• Blog articles
• Print marketing materials
• Write compelling marketing copy and creative briefs.
• Manage campaigns from concept through execution.
• Maintain marketing calendars and production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and vendors.
• Review and proof marketing materials for brand consistency and accuracy.
• Repurpose existing content to maximize reach.
• Track campaign performance and apply insights to future initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM platforms, and internal systems to support data-driven decision making.
• Prepare reports and optimization recommendations.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SEO
• Paid media
• Email marketing
• Google Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Search Console
• CRM platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications, broadband, or technology industry.
• Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Familiarity with lifecycle email marketing and automation.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
